I just thought I&#039;d let you know that I think the Dominican Republic exports ORGANIC Scotch Bonnet Peppers - in fact, I&#039;m eating them in a dish now.  

Also, because the peppers were so good, I saved the packaging label so I would remember what to buy next time at the Grocery Store, and though I can&#039;t seem to find it at the moment, if you are interested, I can try and find it to scan and send you all the contact information of the sellers.

    here are some Peppers and their hottness..         
                          Scotch Bonnets 150,000 -  325,000 SHU
 Red/Orange/Yellow Habaneros  200,000 - 300,000 SHU the yellow has a Pineapple like Taste..
                       Chocolate Habanero 300,000 - 420,000 SHU and has a Passionfruit type taste..
                        Red Savina&#039;s  577,000 SHU nice Fruity, BUT HOTTT
 the nicest unfortunatly is also the Hottest, 
       Naga Morich @ 1,000,000+ SHU is Fantastic tasting, But i also lost my sense of taste for 36hrs after eating a whole one, so be careful with them.

and ALWAYS wear gloves when preparing them, accidents can be painful..
