This is an easy, but always good to have recipe.
What You Need
1 cup organic sweet brown rice
2 cups water
1 tablespoon organic unsalted butter
sea salt to taste
What You Do
Put all the ingredients into a pot with a tight fitting lid. Bring ingredients to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 50 minutes. Do not remove lid while cooking. Remove from heat and allow to stay covered for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork.
And it’s good for you!

Love this simple recipe, I added sauted baby bock choy on this bed of rice for a treat to my palate.
